This stuff will get you going early in the morning; through the mid day struggle; and/or right into a workout. The best part is being able to control the amount of boost you get - the regular "serving" is a LOT so really you're getting a lot more per container for most use cases. The ingredient list is one you can read and it has nothing extra in it. The real win is the flavor. A lot of "others" usually taste pretty bad and you have to either chug a lot of extra water to not taste it or suffer less water and a quick shot. Trail Gains actually tastes good; you can drink it before or during because you WANT to!

I use this product during my long hikes. Keeps me going longer and without being tired. The flavor is great. Highly recommended if you do high intensity workouts.

Great product from anything from a speed workout to a long run to even lifting weights. This product will help push you and give you the extra boost. I particularly love my endurance stack during long runs over 60-90 minutes. It can be a game changer!
