1. Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: You may return any unopened product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The product must be in its original, sealed condition.

Partial Refunds: Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%) if returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must not be more than 25% used.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full replacement or a full refund upon verification.

Note: Shipping costs for returns (except for damaged/defective products) are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with Trail Gains products. Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

Unopened Products: A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned unopened product, provided it is returned within the 30-day window.

Opened Products: Refunds for opened products will be issued at our discretion based on the condition of the item, with up to a 50% refund if the product has been minimally used.

Damaged or Defective Items: If the product was damaged during shipping or is defective, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no extra cost once verified.

Important: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your payment method once processed.
